How to connect PDF.co and AITable
Create a New Scenario to Connect PDF.co and AITable
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a PDF.co, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, PDF.co or AITable will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find PDF.co or AITable, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Add the PDF.co Node
Select the PDF.co node from the app selection panel on the right.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring PDF.co, AITable, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the PDF.co and AITable integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between PDF.co and AITable (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect PDF.co and AITable
PDF.co + AITable + Slack: When a new document is uploaded, PDF.co parses invoice data and saves it to AITable. Then, Slack sends a summary of the parsed data to a specified channel.
AITable + PDF.co + Slack: When a new record is added to AITable, PDF.co parses a related document. Slack then sends a message summarizing the record addition and including relevant parsed data.
