After configuring PDF.co, Klaviyo, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the PDF.co and Klaviyo integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between PDF.co and Klaviyo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect PDF.co and Klaviyo
PDF.co + Klaviyo + Airtable: When a new PDF is received, PDF.co extracts the relevant data. This data is then used to create or update a profile in Klaviyo and a record in Airtable.
Klaviyo + PDF.co + Google Sheets: When a Klaviyo campaign sends, PDF.co is used (presumably with dynamic data from Klaviyo) to generate a personalized PDF. Delivery status and basic PDF data are then logged in Google Sheets.
