Google Sheets + PDF.co + Sinch: When a new row is added to a Google Sheet, PDF.co parses invoice data from a specified URL in that row. Sinch then sends an SMS reminder with payment details extracted from the invoice.

Sinch + PDF.co + Twilio: When a new incoming SMS is received via Sinch, PDF.co converts the SMS to PDF and Twilio sends SMS with PDF report. If sending via Sinch fails, Twilio sends the message instead.
