After configuring PDFMonkey, AITable, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the PDFMonkey and AITable integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between PDFMonkey and AITable (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect PDFMonkey and AITable
PDFMonkey + AITable + Slack: When a PDF document is generated in PDFMonkey, the document data is stored as a new record in AITable. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel, informing users about the new document and providing a link to it.
AITable + PDFMonkey + Airtable: When a new record is created in AITable, PDFMonkey generates a PDF document based on the data from the record. The link to the generated PDF is then saved in a specified field in an Airtable record.
