Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the PDFMonkey and NocoDB integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between PDFMonkey and NocoDB (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect PDFMonkey and NocoDB

PDFMonkey + NocoDB + Slack: When a new PDF document is generated in PDFMonkey, a new record is created in NocoDB to log the document details. A Slack message is then sent to a specified channel to notify the team about the new document.

NocoDB + PDFMonkey + Airtable: When a record is updated in NocoDB, a PDF document is generated in PDFMonkey. The Airtable record is then updated with information about the newly generated document.
