Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Phantombuster, PagerDuty, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Phantombuster and PagerDuty integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Phantombuster and PagerDuty (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Phantombuster and PagerDuty

Phantombuster + PagerDuty + Slack: When Phantombuster detects a new output (e.g., a website outage), a PagerDuty incident is triggered to alert on-call personnel. Subsequently, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the team about the incident.

PagerDuty + Phantombuster + Microsoft Teams: When a new incident is created or updated in PagerDuty, and if it remains unacknowledged for a specified duration, Phantombuster launches a phantom to scrape the assignee's profile. The scraped contact information is then posted to a designated Microsoft Teams channel.
