Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Pinecone, Adalo, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Pinecone and Adalo integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pinecone and Adalo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Pinecone and Adalo

Adalo + Pinecone + Airtable: When a new record is created in Adalo, representing user feedback, the feedback score is stored in Pinecone. Periodically, the summarized feedback scores are retrieved from Pinecone and added to Airtable for easy analysis.

Adalo + Pinecone + HubSpot: When a user's record is updated in Adalo, engagement data is sent to Pinecone. Based on this data, Pinecone is queried for similar users, and the lead score in HubSpot is updated for the current user, reflecting their engagement level.
