Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Pinecone, Chatwork, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Pinecone and Chatwork integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pinecone and Chatwork (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Pinecone and Chatwork

Pinecone + Chatwork + Google Sheets: This flow logs Pinecone search queries from Chatwork conversations into a Google Sheet for analysis. When a new message is added to a Chatwork room, a Pinecone search is performed using the message text, and the message text and search results are then added as a new row to a Google Sheet.

Chatwork + Pinecone + Intercom: When a new message is posted in a Chatwork room, this flow searches Pinecone for related support articles and sends them via Intercom. Upon the arrival of a new message in a Chatwork room, Pinecone is queried for relevant support articles based on the message content. The resulting articles are then sent as a message through Intercom.
