Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Pinecone, Clockify, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Pinecone and Clockify integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pinecone and Clockify (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Pinecone and Clockify

Clockify + Pinecone + Google Sheets: When a new time entry is created in Clockify related to Pinecone research, the data is extracted and used to update a Google Sheets spreadsheet for project cost analysis.

Clockify + Pinecone + Slack: When a new time entry is created in Clockify for a Pinecone project, the total research time is checked. If it exceeds the allocated budget, a Slack message is sent to the team.
