Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Pinecone, Docparser, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Pinecone and Docparser integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pinecone and Docparser (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Pinecone and Docparser

Docparser + OpenAI ChatGPT + Pinecone: When a new document is parsed in Docparser, send the extracted text to ChatGPT to identify key topics. Then, store these topics as vectors in Pinecone for enhanced search capabilities.

Docparser + Pinecone + Google Sheets: When a new invoice is processed in Docparser, the extracted data is stored as vectors in Pinecone. Subsequently, this data is used to populate a summary table in Google Sheets for financial reporting.
