Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Pinecone, Docusign, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Pinecone and Docusign integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pinecone and Docusign (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Pinecone and Docusign

Docusign + Pinecone + Salesforce: When a Docusign envelope status is updated to 'Completed', the signed document data is extracted and stored as a vector in Pinecone. Subsequently, the corresponding lead's status in Salesforce is updated to reflect the signed contract.

Docusign + Pinecone + Airtable: When a Docusign envelope status is updated, the agreement is archived in Pinecone by upserting the document text, and the event is logged with relevant details as a new record in Airtable for tracking purposes.
