Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Pinecone, Harvest, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Pinecone and Harvest integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pinecone and Harvest (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Pinecone and Harvest

Harvest + Pinecone + Slack: When a new project is created in Harvest, the project details are used to create vector embeddings in Pinecone. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel with the project details and a link to the Pinecone vector.

Harvest + Google Sheets + Pinecone: When a new time entry is logged in Harvest, the entry is added to a Google Sheet. The data is then used to search Pinecone for similar projects, adding the Pinecone insights to the Google Sheet row.
