Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Pinecone, Jibble, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Pinecone and Jibble integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pinecone and Jibble (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Pinecone and Jibble

Jibble + Pinecone + Slack: When a new employee clocks in or out using Jibble, Pinecone is searched using the employee's information. If specific training areas are identified, a Slack message is sent to notify the employee and their manager about additional training requirements.

Jibble + Pinecone + Google Sheets: Track employee time using Jibble's clock in/out data. Use Pinecone to retrieve team performance metrics. Finally, visualize the data in Google Sheets for performance tracking and reporting.
