Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Pinecone, Motion, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Pinecone and Motion integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pinecone and Motion (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Pinecone and Motion

Slack + Pinecone + Motion: When a new message is posted to a Slack channel, analyze the text using Pinecone to determine sentiment. If the sentiment indicates a support request, create a task in Motion and assign it to the appropriate team member.

Motion + Pinecone + Google Calendar: When a task's priority is updated in Motion, retrieve historical productivity data from Pinecone to determine the optimal time for deep work. Then, create an event in Google Calendar to block out that time.
