Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Pinecone, Moxie, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Pinecone and Moxie integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pinecone and Moxie (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Pinecone and Moxie

Moxie + Pinecone + Google Sheets: When a conversation summary is available in Moxie, its vector embedding is generated using Pinecone. This summary and its vector data are then stored in a Google Sheet for reporting and analysis.

Moxie + Pinecone + Slack: When a new form submission occurs in Moxie, potentially indicating a support escalation, Pinecone is used to search for similar past cases. The findings from Pinecone are then sent to a designated Slack channel for review by the support team.
