Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Pinecone, Outscraper, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Pinecone and Outscraper integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pinecone and Outscraper (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Pinecone and Outscraper

Outscraper + Pinecone + Google Sheets: When a new task finishes in Outscraper (e.g., competitor data scraping), the scraped data is vectorized and upserted into Pinecone. Then, key metrics and insights are extracted from Pinecone and added as a new row in Google Sheets for trend analysis.

Outscraper + Pinecone + HubSpot: When a new task finishes in Outscraper (e.g., scraping lead data), the scraped data is vectorized using Pinecone. The system then searches for existing contacts in HubSpot using the scraped data. If a contact is found, it's updated. Otherwise, a new contact is created with the scraped and embedded information.
