How to connect Pinterest and Caspio
Create a New Scenario to Connect Pinterest and Caspio
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Pinterest, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Pinterest or Caspio will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Pinterest or Caspio, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Add the Pinterest Node
Select the Pinterest node from the app selection panel on the right.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Pinterest, Caspio, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Pinterest and Caspio integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pinterest and Caspio (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Pinterest and Caspio
Pinterest + Caspio + Google Sheets: When a new pin is added to Pinterest, its data (image URL, description, etc.) is saved as a new record in a Caspio database. The creation of each new Caspio record triggers the addition of a new row in a Google Sheet, tracking the pin's details and performance.
Caspio + Pinterest + Slack: When a new entry is created in a Caspio database, the automation searches Pinterest for relevant boards based on product keywords from the Caspio entry. The automation then sends a message to a Slack channel, sharing links to the boards found for inspiration.
