Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Pipefy and Businessmap integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pipefy and Businessmap (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Pipefy and Businessmap
Pipefy + Businessmap + Slack: When a card is moved to the 'Blocked' phase in Pipefy, a corresponding card is created in Businessmap to reflect the blocked status. A Slack message is then sent to the designated channel to notify the team about the blocked task and the newly created Businessmap card.
Businessmap + Pipefy + Google Sheets: This automation tracks the time it takes for cards to be completed in Businessmap and the duration of tasks in specific Pipefy phases. When a Businessmap card is discarded or restored, or when a Pipefy card is moved to a new phase, the completion time/phase duration is recorded in Google Sheets for project analysis.
