Most powerful ways to connect Pipefy and Zoho Inventory
Pipefy + Zoho Inventory + Slack: When a purchase request card is moved to the 'Approved' phase in Pipefy, and a corresponding update is detected in Zoho Inventory (e.g., item stock decreases), a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the team about the approval and inventory change.
Zoho Inventory + Google Sheets + Pipefy: When an item's stock is updated in Zoho Inventory, the changes are recorded in a Google Sheet. If the stock level falls below a certain threshold, a new task is created in Pipefy to trigger stock replenishment.
