Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Pipefy and Zoho Inventory integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pipefy and Zoho Inventory (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Pipefy and Zoho Inventory

Pipefy + Zoho Inventory + Slack: When a purchase request card is moved to the 'Approved' phase in Pipefy, and a corresponding update is detected in Zoho Inventory (e.g., item stock decreases), a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the team about the approval and inventory change.

Zoho Inventory + Google Sheets + Pipefy: When an item's stock is updated in Zoho Inventory, the changes are recorded in a Google Sheet. If the stock level falls below a certain threshold, a new task is created in Pipefy to trigger stock replenishment.
