Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Podio, Airparser, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Podio and Airparser integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Podio and Airparser (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Podio and Airparser

Airparser + Podio + Google Sheets: When Airparser parses a new invoice, the extracted data is automatically used to create a new item in Podio. A summary of this information is then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for reporting and tracking purposes.

Airparser + Podio + Slack: When a new document is detected by Airparser, the system automatically updates Podio with the document's information. Subsequently, a notification containing relevant details and a link to the Podio item is sent to a designated Slack channel, keeping the team informed.
