Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Podio, Chatwork, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Podio and Chatwork integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Podio and Chatwork (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Podio and Chatwork
Podio + Chatwork + Google Sheets: When a Podio item is updated, a message is sent to a designated Chatwork room. Simultaneously, the Google Sheet is updated to reflect the changes in the Podio item, tracking project progress.
Chatwork + Podio + Slack: When a new message is posted in a specific Chatwork room, the workflow retrieves relevant information from a linked Podio project and posts a summary update to a dedicated Slack channel to keep the wider team informed.
