Depending on your setup, data should flow between Podio and Google tasks (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Podio and Google tasks

Podio + Google Tasks + Slack: When a new task is created in Podio, a corresponding task is created in Google Tasks. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the project team.

Google Tasks + Podio + Google Sheets: When a task is completed in Google Tasks, the completion is logged as a new row in a Google Sheet. The row includes the task name and a link to the associated Podio project item, to track time and report on project progress.
