Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Podio, Jibble, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Podio and Jibble integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Podio and Jibble (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Podio and Jibble

Podio + Jibble + Slack: When a task is completed in Podio, this triggers Jibble to record the team's work time against the project and sends a notification to the manager in Slack.

Jibble + Podio + Google Sheets: When an employee clocks in or out via Jibble, their attendance hours are logged to a specific Podio project item. A weekly summary of these hours is then compiled and added to a Google Sheet.
