Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Podio, LinkedIn, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Podio and LinkedIn integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Podio and LinkedIn (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Podio and LinkedIn
Podio + LinkedIn + Slack: When a Podio item is updated (e.g., a project update), a text post is created on LinkedIn to share the update. A Slack message is then sent to a designated channel to notify the team about the LinkedIn post.
LinkedIn + Podio + HubSpot: When a new comment is posted on a LinkedIn post, the commenter's profile data is retrieved. A new contact is created in Podio using this data, and then a contact is created or updated in HubSpot with the same information.
