Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Podio and Microsoft Teams integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Podio and Microsoft Teams (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Podio + Google Calendar + Microsoft Teams: When a new task is created in a Podio project, an event is created in Google Calendar. A message is then sent to a dedicated Microsoft Teams channel to notify the team.
Microsoft Teams + Jira + Podio: When a new message is posted in a Microsoft Teams channel containing the word 'bug', a new issue is created in Jira. A comment is then added to the corresponding Podio project item to keep the team informed.
