Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Podio and Zendesk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Podio and Zendesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Podio and Zendesk
Podio + Zendesk + Slack: When a new project is created in Podio, a Zendesk ticket is created to track support related to that project, and a Slack message is sent to the project team to notify them.
Zendesk + Jira + Podio: When a Zendesk ticket is updated with a specific tag indicating escalation, a Jira issue is created. The Podio project item associated with the ticket is then updated to reflect the escalation status.
