Depending on your setup, data should flow between Productboard and Circle (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Productboard and Circle

Productboard + Circle + Slack: When a new feature is created in Productboard, a corresponding discussion post is created in a Circle community, and a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the team.

Circle + Productboard + Airtable: When a new post is created in a Circle community, the post is checked for feature requests. If a feature request is present, a note is created in Productboard, and the content of the note is then summarized and stored in Airtable.
