Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Productboard and Cloze integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Productboard and Cloze (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Productboard and Cloze
Productboard + Cloze + Slack: When a new feature is added in Productboard, a corresponding note is created in Cloze for relevant contacts. Subsequently, a notification is sent to the product team via Slack to inform them about the new feature and its association with the Cloze contacts.
Cloze + Productboard + Google Sheets: When a contact's information changes in Cloze, the automation finds related Productboard features. Then, it logs both the contact interaction details from Cloze and the associated Productboard features in a Google Sheet for tracking and analysis.
