Most powerful ways to connect Productboard and Etsy

Productboard + Etsy + Slack: When new user feedback is added to Productboard as a note, the automation checks if the note mentions specific Etsy product listings. If it does, a Slack notification is sent to the relevant team channel to review the feedback and consider potential listing improvements.

Etsy + Productboard + Google Sheets: When a new transaction occurs in Etsy, the data is added to a Google Sheet. Simultaneously, the product name from the Etsy transaction is used to search for related user feedback notes in Productboard. The Productboard note ID and a link to the note are added as a comment to the corresponding row in the Google Sheet, linking sales data with user feedback for product improvement insights.
