Most powerful ways to connect Productboard and Open Weather
Productboard + Open Weather + Slack: When a new feature is added in Productboard, this automation retrieves the current weather conditions for the specified launch location using Open Weather. If adverse weather conditions (e.g., rain, snow) are detected, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel alerting project managers about potential impacts on product development.
Productboard + Open Weather + Google Sheets: This automation monitors new features in Productboard. Upon creation of a new feature, it retrieves the weather forecast for the feature's planned launch location from Open Weather. This weather data is then logged into a Google Sheet, providing a historical record to analyze external factors potentially impacting product success. It allows to see if weather might have had impact on feature usage.
