Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Pushover, ClickSend, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Pushover and ClickSend integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pushover and ClickSend (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Pushover and ClickSend
Pushover + ClickSend + Google Sheets: When a new Pushover notification is received, the details (title, message, URL) are extracted and a new row is added to a Google Sheet. Simultaneously, a ClickSend SMS is sent containing the Pushover notification details, and the SMS details are also logged in the Google Sheet for tracking delivery status.
ClickSend + Pushover + Zendesk: When a new SMS is received via ClickSend, the system checks if the message indicates a failure. If a failure is detected (e.g., delivery failure message), a Zendesk ticket is created with the details of the failed SMS, and a Pushover notification is sent to the administrator alerting them about the issue.
