Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Pushover, Intercom, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Pushover and Intercom integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pushover and Intercom (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Pushover and Intercom
Pushover + Intercom + Slack: When a high-priority Pushover notification is received, the workflow checks Intercom for a user associated with the notification. If found, a Slack message is sent to a designated channel, including user details and the Pushover message.
Intercom + Google Sheets + Pushover: When a new conversation is created in Intercom, relevant details are logged to a Google Sheet. If the conversation contains specific keywords indicating urgency, a Pushover notification is sent to the support team.
