Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Pushover, Linear, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Pushover and Linear integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pushover and Linear (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Pushover and Linear

Linear + Google Sheets + Pushover: When a Linear issue is updated, the workflow checks if the issue resolution time exceeds a defined threshold. If so, it logs the data in a Google Sheet and sends a Pushover notification.

Linear + Pushover + Slack: When a Linear issue is updated to urgent, a Pushover notification is sent to the assigned engineer. Simultaneously, a message is posted to a dedicated Slack channel to inform the team.
