Most powerful ways to connect Quentn and Delighted
Delighted + Slack + Quentn: When a customer submits a negative response in Delighted, a notification is sent to a specified Slack channel. Delighted + Quentn + Zendesk: When negative feedback is received in Delighted, the respondent is identified or created in Quentn. A Zendesk ticket is then created containing the Delighted feedback and Quentn contact details, allowing for focused customer support.
