Depending on your setup, data should flow between QuestionPro and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect QuestionPro and Userback

QuestionPro + Userback + Slack: When new feedback is created in Userback, the automation checks if the feedback mentions a need for survey improvements. If it does, the details of the feedback and the associated QuestionPro survey are sent to a dedicated Slack channel for the team to address.

Userback + QuestionPro + Jira: When new feedback is created in Userback, the automation checks if it indicates a need for a survey. If so, it creates a Jira ticket with details about the feedback and the request for a survey to address the user's concerns.
