Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Quickbase, VideoAsk, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Quickbase and VideoAsk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Quickbase and VideoAsk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Quickbase and VideoAsk
VideoAsk + Quickbase + Slack: When a new reply is submitted in VideoAsk, the response data is checked. If the response indicates an urgent support need, the relevant record in Quickbase is updated, and a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel.
VideoAsk + Quickbase + Google Sheets: Upon receiving a new reply in VideoAsk, the response data is logged as a new record in a specified Quickbase database. Then, the information from Quickbase is used to populate a Google Sheet, thus logging the responses in both places.
