Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring RD Station, AITable, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the RD Station and AITable integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RD Station and AITable (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RD Station and AITable

RD Station + AITable + Slack: When a new lead is captured in RD Station, a new record is created in AITable to store the lead's information. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the sales team of the new lead.

AITable + RD Station + Google Sheets: When a contact record is updated in AITable, the corresponding contact in RD Station is updated to reflect the changes. A new row is added to a Google Sheet to log the update, including the original and updated values, for auditing and analysis.
