Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the RD Station and Okta integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RD Station and Okta (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RD Station and Okta

RD Station + Okta + Slack: When a new lead conversion occurs in RD Station, the automation checks if the lead exists as a user in Okta. If not, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel notifying the security team about the new lead for potential onboarding.

Okta + RD Station + Google Sheets: This automation tracks new user activations in Okta. When a new event occurs, it retrieves the associated user data (if available) and adds a new row to a Google Sheet, combining Okta activation data with relevant RD Station information, such as the lead conversion event.
