Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Realgeeks, Bitly, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Realgeeks and Bitly integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Realgeeks and Bitly (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Realgeeks and Bitly
Realgeeks + Bitly + Google Sheets: When a new lead is created in Realgeeks, a Bitly link is created for the property. The click count for this Bitly link is then tracked and updated in a Google Sheet to analyze campaign performance.
Bitly + Realgeeks + Slack: When a Bitly link associated with a Realgeeks property receives a certain number of clicks, a Slack notification is sent to a specified channel to alert the team about the high traffic.
