Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Recraft, Dropbox, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Recraft and Dropbox integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Recraft and Dropbox (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Recraft and Dropbox

Recraft + Dropbox + Slack: When a new image is generated in Recraft, it is automatically uploaded to a specified folder in Dropbox. A message is then sent to a Slack channel notifying stakeholders about the new design, with a link to the file in Dropbox.

Dropbox + Recraft + Google Drive: When a new file is added to a specific Dropbox folder, the file is vectorized using Recraft. The vectorized image is then uploaded to Google Drive for version control and collaborative access.
