Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Recraft, Gender API, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Recraft and Gender API integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Recraft and Gender API (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Recraft and Gender API

Recraft + Gender API + Google Sheets: When an image is generated in Recraft, the workflow uses the Gender API to determine the gender associated with a name extracted from the image's prompt. This gender data is then added as a new row in a Google Sheet, creating a diversity tracking log.

Recraft + Gender API + Slack: When an image is generated in Recraft, the workflow uses the Gender API to identify the gender associated with the name in the image's prompt. If the identified gender matches a pre-defined criteria (e.g., consistently skewed towards one gender), a message is sent to a designated Slack channel, alerting the design team.
