Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Recraft, Google Cloud BigQuery, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Recraft and Google Cloud BigQuery integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Recraft and Google Cloud BigQuery (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Recraft and Google Cloud BigQuery

Recraft + Google Cloud BigQuery + Google Sheets: When a new image is generated in Recraft, the image details and metadata are sent to Google Cloud BigQuery for analysis. The analyzed data is then used to update trends and visualizations in Google Sheets for marketing reports.

Google Cloud BigQuery + Recraft + Slack: When new ad performance data is available in BigQuery, the data is checked for anomalies. If anomalies are detected, Recraft generates an image visualizing the anomaly, and a Slack message with the image is sent to the marketing team.
