Create a New Scenario to Connect Recraft and Google Cloud Storage
In the workspace, click the โCreate New Scenarioโ button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node โ a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Recraft, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Recraft or Google Cloud Storage will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Recraft or Google Cloud Storage, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Next, click the plus (+) icon on the Recraft node, select Google Cloud Storage from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within Google Cloud Storage.

Authenticate Google Cloud Storage
Now, click the Google Cloud Storage node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Google Cloud Storage settings. Authentication allows you to use Google Cloud Storage through Latenode.

Next, configure the nodes by filling in the required parameters according to your logic. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Recraft, Google Cloud Storage, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the Recraft and Google Cloud Storage integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Recraft and Google Cloud Storage (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Recraft + Google Cloud Storage + Slack: When a new image is generated in Recraft, it's automatically uploaded to a specified bucket in Google Cloud Storage. Subsequently, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the team about the new image and its location.
Recraft + Google Cloud Storage + Google Sheets: When a new image is generated in Recraft and uploaded to Google Cloud Storage, the details (such as file name, Recraft job ID, and storage URL) are added as a new row in a Google Sheet. This allows for easy tracking and reporting on image generation and storage.
