Depending on your setup, data should flow between Recruitee and Circle (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Recruitee and Circle

Recruitee + Circle + Slack: When a candidate is hired in Recruitee (identified by a new candidate entering a 'Hired' stage, though not directly available as a trigger), find the corresponding member in Circle. If found, send a notification to a designated Slack channel about the new hire and their Circle membership.

Recruitee + Circle + Google Sheets: Track new Circle member growth by logging data in Google Sheets using data from new hires in Recruitee. When a new candidate is added to Recruitee, and then a new member is added to Circle, add a new row to Google Sheets with the candidate and member details.
