Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Recruitee and Mailhook integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Recruitee and Mailhook (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Recruitee and Mailhook

Mailhook + Recruitee + Slack: When a new email is received by Mailhook, the data is used to find a candidate in Recruitee. If the candidate is found, a Slack message is sent to a designated channel with the candidate's information. If the candidate is not found, the flow stops.

Mailhook + Recruitee + Google Sheets: When Mailhook receives a new email, it triggers the workflow. The data from the email is then used to find the related candidate in Recruitee. Finally, the email data along with candidate information are added as a new row in Google Sheets.
