Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Recut, Airtable, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Recut and Airtable integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Recut and Airtable (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Recut and Airtable

Airtable + Recut + Slack: When a new video highlight is added to Airtable, its Recut link is shortened and sent to a designated Slack channel for team review.

Airtable + Recut + Google Drive: When a Recut link in Airtable is updated (indicating a new edit), the video is uploaded to Google Drive and the Airtable record is updated with the Google Drive file link.
