Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Recut, Booqable, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Recut and Booqable integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Recut and Booqable (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Recut and Booqable

Booqable + Recut + Google Sheets: When a new rental order is placed in Booqable, extract relevant information (customer, products, dates). Recut is used to generate a link to product-specific promotional material that is then added to a Google Sheet to track rental equipment usage and related video resources.

Booqable + Recut + Vimeo: When a new rental order is created in Booqable, use Recut to create a short link for an instructional video about the rented equipment. The video is then uploaded to Vimeo for customer access. The link to the Vimeo video can then be stored against the customer order in Booqable via the customer's notes section.
