Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Recut, Docusign, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Recut and Docusign integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Recut and Docusign (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Recut and Docusign

Recut + Docusign + Google Drive: After a video is edited in Recut and a link is generated, when a Docusign envelope's status is updated to 'signed', the signed document is downloaded and uploaded to a specified folder in Google Drive for secure storage.

Docusign + Recut + Slack: When a Docusign envelope is updated to 'signed', the workflow retrieves the envelope and sends a message to a specific Slack channel, notifying video editors that the signed video project agreement is ready for editing in Recut.
