Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Recut and LiveChat integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Recut and LiveChat (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Recut and LiveChat

LiveChat + Recut + Google Drive: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, the highlighted video link from Recut is retrieved and stored in a specific folder in Google Drive for easy access and future reference.

LiveChat + Recut + Slack: When a new chat comes in, if the message contains a request for a video demo, create a short video using Recut. Then, send the Recut link to the customer in LiveChat and post a message with the link to a specified Slack channel.
