Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Recut and Zendesk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Recut and Zendesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Recut and Zendesk

Recut + Zendesk + Slack: When a video editing project is completed in Recut (indicated by a new link being created), a Zendesk ticket is created to track feedback. A Slack message is then sent to the marketing team to notify them of the new video and the Zendesk ticket.

Zendesk + Recut + Google Drive: When a Zendesk ticket is created, if it requires a video response, Recut is used to create a new video. The completed video is then stored in Google Drive, and the file is attached to the Zendesk ticket.
